On April 12, the groundbreaking ceremony was given to officially launch the construction of the new Flodim building in the presence of Ms. Violaine Démaret, Prefect of the Alpes de Haute Provence, Mr. Camille Galtier, Mayor of Manosque, Mr. André Mille, Deputy Vice-President for Economic Development DLVA and Mrs. Natalie William, Deputy Prefect of Forcalquier. This extension of approximately 800 m² as well as investments in industrial and operational equipment are financed by State aid, through the “France Relance” plan, of which FLODIM is the winner.
The construction work should last 8 months and will allow Flodim to materialize its industrial development projects by creating a high-performance machining workshop, a metrology center, a training room and a special room adapted and dedicated to creativity.
