Contact form
Data collected: name, email address, company, address, area of interest, message. Purpose: to answer your business, partnership or recruitment enquiries. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Mandatory fields: fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory; without them, your message cannot be sent. Recipients: Flodim’s management and administrative departments. Retention period: 3 years after our last exchange.
Job applications (job offers and spontaneous applications)
Data collected: identity, contact details, CV, cover letter. Purpose: managing applications and recruitment. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Mandatory fields: providing this data is optional. Recipients: Flodim’s management and administrative departments. Retention period: up to 2 years after our last exchange if your application does not lead to employment, unless you object.
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties.
3. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to and restrict its processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw your consent to cookies at any time and give instructions on what should happen to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, email us at contact@flodim.fr or write to our registered office at the address above. We may ask for proof of identity if we have reasonable doubts about your identity.
